As a UX/UI designer, I played a pivotal role in developing a laundry booking app designed to streamline the lives of busy Londoners. My responsibilities included conducting thorough research to understand user needs and frustrations, creating detailed user personas and flows to guide the app's design, crafting wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user interface, and overseeing the branding and design process to ensure a visually appealing and intuitive experience.
The app ultimately provides a convenient and efficient solution for laundry services, allowing users to easily book pickup and delivery, track their orders, and access a variety of tailored services.
